563 hp, 479 lb-ft of torque and a 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds not enough for you? Well at AMG, they think it is not extreme enough. See at AMG they believe that a car can never have "enough" horsepower. Unsatisfied with the current outgoing beastly Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, the folks at AMG announced a new model today; the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series. Coming to North America next summer, the new model boasts 621 hp from its 6.3L V8 engine and is capable of rocketing from 0-100kh/h in just 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 315 km/h. The new model is powered by a 7-speed dual clutch transmission that can shift faster than you can blink and is also much lighter due to extensive use of carbon fibre, lighter components and the removal of the multimedia system.

How does the new lethal Black Series SLS compare to the current SLS?

Dr. Martin Hart, a member of the Mercedes-Benz team says "The SLS is soft, but the SLS Black Series? That is a true monster"
